My favorite healthy vegetarian recipes

¾ cup flour
½ cup sugar, zero or zero-calorie sweetener
(1 teaspoon cinnamon or to taste)
½ cup butter or margarine
¾ cup oatmeal or Quick Oats
4 cups blueberries
Step 1: Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon.
Step 2: Add the butter or margarine mixture and stir until it is all crumbly.
Step 3: Add the oatmeal mixture and mix well.
Step 4: Separate quarter of this mixture, and mix it with 4 cups of blueberries.
Step 5: Add the blueberry mixture in bottom of a casserole dish with butter or pan.
Step 6: Sprinkle remaining mixture over blueberries.
Step 7: Place baking dish or casserole dish in the middle of the oven rack and bake at 350C for forty minutes.
That’s it! Done! This is an absolutely delicious recipe that you can do at home, at any time. Your family will wait until every time you swallow them.
This is one of my favorite recipes healthy vegetarian just because it so easy and appetizing, delicious. It is full of fiber and other valuable nutrients. You can create the same recipe with apples or strawberries or raspberries, even so, depending on your needs.
