The Best Vegetable Juice Recipes

If you’re wondering how on earth you ever looked at your “minimum daily requirement” of fruits and vegetables every day, here is a quick and easy. Juicing!

The “MDR” depends on your age, but for simplicity it is about 2-3 cups of fruits and vegetables per adult males and less than one-half cup each for women. But remember that the “M” on the MDR to obtain the required minimum in a healthy body, as defined by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Human Nutrition, at the optimum amount that you are doing your best !

If your goal is minimal or best, juice is the best way to swallow and absorb all the nutrients in fruits and vegetables. To make one pound of just making a cup of fresh fruit, do it in one or two drinks per day! And because the juice, the juice is separated from the fiber of your body absorbs nutrients more quickly than if you do not eat fruit or vegetables. And remember to store the buy juices should be pasteurized. This process destroys many nutrients such as enzymes as well. And commercial juice is not fresh and free of chemicals.
